By using prolificecom.pro or purchasing a Prolific Ecom program, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Prolific Ecom provides ecommerce education, coaching, strategy, feedback, and implementation support. The exact services included are described on the relevant product page and, for accepted Accelerator or Private Build clients, in the written enrollment agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information, respond when necessary, provide required account access, and follow applicable Shopify, Meta, advertising, consumer-protection, and other laws and platform rules.
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Third-party expenses, including advertising spend, Shopify fees, apps, themes, domains, suppliers, inventory, shipping, taxes, and payment-processing charges, are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Prolific Ecom does not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, advertising performance, platform approval, or any specific result.
Program materials belong to Prolific Ecom and may not be copied, resold, republished, or distributed without written permission.
Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, the written enrollment agreement.
We may update these terms when necessary. The version published on this page applies to future purchases and enrollments.
