Refund and Cancellation Policy
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Blueprint
Blueprint may provide immediate access to digital materials. Once access has been provided, a refund may not be available where permitted by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for partial use, missed sessions, or failure to implement the material, except where required by law.
Accelerator and Private Build
Accelerator and Private Build are application-only programs. Accepted applicants will receive written enrollment terms before payment. Those terms will confirm the start date, scope, payment schedule, cancellation process, and any refund terms.
Third-party costs
Advertising spend, Shopify fees, apps, themes, domains, suppliers, inventory, shipping, taxes, and other third-party costs are separate from the program fee and are generally non-refundable by Prolific Ecom.
