Mentorship Terms

These terms apply to Prolific Ecom’s Blueprint, Accelerator, and Private Build programs.

  1. Services

Prolific Ecom provides ecommerce education, coaching, strategy, feedback, and implementation support as described on each program page and, where applicable, in a written enrollment agreement.

Blueprint is a six-week guided program priced at $499.

Accelerator is a ten-week application-only program priced at $1,499.

Private Build is an application-only build-and-launch service priced at $5,000. The engagement is planned around a 12-week build-and-launch period and includes up to 60 days of post-launch campaign monitoring and optimization, subject to client access, approvals, and other dependencies.

  1. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, advertising performance, platform approval, or any specific business outcome. Results depend on execution, budget, market conditions, suppliers, advertising platforms, and other factors outside our control.

  1. Separate costs

Program fees do not include Shopify fees, apps, themes, domains, suppliers, inventory, shipping, advertising spend, payment-processing fees, taxes, or other third-party costs unless expressly stated in writing.

  1. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, required account access, assets, approvals, and timely decisions. Delays or incomplete information may affect delivery timing. You are also responsible for complying with Shopify, Meta, advertising, consumer-protection, and other applicable rules.

  1. Access and support

Your access, calls, community support, and other included support last only for the period and scope shown on the applicable product page or enrollment agreement. Missed calls or unused support do not extend the program unless agreed in writing.

  1. Applications and payment

Accelerator and Private Build require approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Accepted applicants will receive the scope, price, start date, payment schedule, and cancellation terms in writing before payment is collected. Blueprint may be purchased directly through the website.

  1. Materials and conduct

Program materials are provided for the enrolled client’s personal or internal business use. Do not copy, resell, publish, or share them without written permission. We may suspend access for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive conduct.
